Karana Downs police saddle up and lend a hand

Recently the Australian Trail Horse Riders Association held a four day Easter camp in the Mt Crosby/Kholo region utilising local trails on Brisbane City Council and South East Queensland Water land, with 60 riders in attendance.
The Easter long weekend was also raising funds for Life Flight.
Senior Constables Taneeca Maxwell and Angela Thompson from the Karana Downs Station assisted the riders safely across the Kholo Bridge.
The officers both demonstrated great appreciation for horses on the road, and care and concern for the riders safety.
The Australian Horse Trail Riders Association are most grateful to them for helping out on the day.
