Ipswich City Council made the resolution on 17 September 2014 to
make amendments to Subordinate Local Law No. 6.1 (Animal Management) in
accordance with section 29 of the Local Government Act 2009.The object
of this subordinate local law is to further the objects of Local Law No. 6
(Animal Management) 2013 by specifying details that are required to
implement Local Law No. 6 (Animal Management) 2013.
A
copy of the local law may be inspected and purchased at the local government’s
public office and viewed by the public on the department’s website.
