Official Unveiling
During WW2, RAAF Amberley operated an Emergency Landing Ground (ELG) at Barellan Point. The airstrip was also utilised by RAAF No. 23 Squadron as a satellite training airfield.Queensland Governor, the Hon Paul de Jersey AC to officially unveil a memorial Cairn to mark a WWII landing ground in Karalee.
