2015 Fathers Day Fishing Fest
Orion Lagoon Opening
The exciting new lagoon at Robelle Domain
at Springfield Central is nearing completion so what better way to celebrate the
start of Spring and the warmer days with a splash around the new lagoon! There
will be lots of fun happening at the opening event including roving performers,
entertainment, and of course the lagoon will be open for swimmers!Springfield Markets in the park area of
Robelle Domain will also be in full swing with entertainment, inflatable rides
and fireworks at 7.30 pm!Saturday,

2015 Natural Area Estate Planned Fire Program
Council’s planned burn program will commence in the Flinders-Goolman Conservation Estate from Saturday 1 August 2015. Planned burns aim to remove fine fuels and reduce fire hazard while also stimulating regeneration of ecosystems and species. The Estate will be closed for the duration of the burns and will re-open when safe for public visitation. Further information is available from Council’s bushland fire management page.
