Queensland Road Safety Week: Speeding

Queensland Road Safety Week has started, and Queensland Police along with Department of Transport and Main Roads and with their working partners, are promoting positive driving behaviours, focusing on speeding.
Speeding is one of the Fatal Five and a major killer on Queensland Roads.
The Ipswich District Road Safety Committee, Ipswich District Crime Prevention, Department of Transport and Main Roads, Ipswich City Council and Ipswich PCYC continued to promote road safety at the Department of Transport and Main Roads Colvin Street North Ipswich with a static display from 10am.

Joined by Transport Compliance Inspectors, the SEQ South Department of Transport and Main Roads Regional Director, Mr Clive Lowe showed his support by signing the Fatality Free vehicle, demonstrating his commitment to driving safely.
