After 119 years of debate, Queensland is expected to decriminalise abortion
The Queensland Law Reform Commission is about to hand down its report examining whether to decriminalise abortion, amid a strong push for change within the Labor State Government.
Armed robbery, Rosewood
Police have released CCTV in relation to an armed robbery that occurred this evening in Rosewood.
Officers were called to a fuel station on John Street at 7.40pm following reports a man entered the business armed with a knife.
He made demands for cash, and when the female attendant complied, he fled the scene on foot with a sum of cash.
No one was physically injured as a result of the robbery.
Investigations are continuing.
