Police expected to lay murder charge over body in barrel after siege ends
The ABC understands police will charge Zlatko Sikorsky with the murder of a female whose body was found in a barrel, after arresting the 34-year-old when a lengthy siege ended on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast on Saturday evening.

Death investigation, Gatton
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 38-year-old man in Gatton overnight.
Officers were called to an address on South Street at 7.45pm after a man lost consciousness.
He was pronounced deceased a short time later, and initial investigations suggest that the man may have been involved in a physical altercation in the early hours of June 29.
Investigations are continuing.
