Police have charged a man after he allegedly broke into five houses and stole cars between Brassall and Coominya today.
It will be alleged at 6.55am a man has stolen a Nissan Navara from a residence on Holroyd Street at Brassall.
A man has attended a farm on the Brisbane Valley Highway at Wanora and attempted to steal a Toyota Hilux however it would not start and the man left in a Nissan Navara.
Around 7.30am police have observed a Nissan Navara on the Brisbane Valley Highway at Fernvale. Police activated lights and sirens however the vehicle accelerated away at speed.
The vehicle was driven to West Road at Coominya where a man was seen leaving the Nissan Navara and stealing a Proton Jumbuck around 7.45am. The Proton was later located at Walnut Crescent at Lowood.
At about 8am a man stole a Holden Commodore from a house in Walnut Crescent. The vehicle was tracked
