Update 2: Evade police, Maryborough
Police searching for two men involved in a number of incidents yesterday afternoon in Brisbane and Maryborough have released images of two men who may be able to assist investigators with their enquires.
After a series of incidents starting in Sunnybank around midday yesterday the men were last night involved in the stealing of a white Mazda 6 sedan from an address on Waterview Drive in Dundowran Beach around 6:15pm.
The same Mazda 6, with Queensland registration 747-TPY, was involved in a petrol drive-off at a service station on Bligh Street in Kilkivan at around 6:30am this morning.
The two men are described as being in their late teens with short dark hair.
It is believed the two men were travelling south and have since returned to the greater Brisbane area.
Police are urging the public not to approach the two men, but to contact police on Triple Zero (000).
Investigations are continuing.
