Multiple charges, Karalee
Police have charged a 24-year-old man with a number of offences following a series of incidents over three days in Karalee and Chuwar.
It is alleged that the man wilfully damaged vehicles and dangerously operated a motor vehicle in Diamantina Circuit, Karalee in the early hours of Monday morning before being involved in a traffic crash on Mount Crosby Road, Chuwar.
It is further alleged that the man again damaged a vehicle and a house in Karalee on Tuesday night before allegedly evading police in a vehicle. He is then alleged to have wilfully damaged a vehicle, dangerously operated a motor vehicle and assaulted a person before being arrested on Kallatina Terrace, Karalee on Wednesday night.
The 24-year-old Karalee man has been charged with three counts of wilful damage, two counts of threatening violence, and one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle.
He is due to appear in Ipswich Magistrates Court today.
