Grins on the green after barefoot success

Even the winners of the wooden spoons were happy after the annual Crime Stoppers Barefoot Bowls Day.
As the Ipswich District Crime Prevention Coordinator and Police representative on the Ipswich Crime Stoppers Volunteer Committee, on behalf of  the volunteers I would like to thank all of the teams that attended the Rosewood Bowls Club on Sunday.
Teams on the day included: Nuts, Wipe Outs, Hello Home Doctor Service, Awesome Foursome, Boller’s, Walloonatics, PG, The Slimmers, Crime Stoppers Mean Machines and the Volunteers.

Congratulations to the Boller team who came first at the other end (you know what I mean) and took out the wooden spoons, literally.
Congratulations to the winning team the Crime Stoppers Mean Machine, presented with prizes from Sergeant Nadine Webster, Crime Stoppers Volunteer Laurie Andrew and Ben Biltoft on behalf of Hello Home Doctor Service, the supporters of the day.
