Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred in Walloon yesterday afternoon.
Initial information suggests that two cars collided on Haigsley Amberley Road at 3.45pm.
The driver and sole occupant of one of the cars, a 56-year-old woman, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The female driver of the other car and her two children were all transported to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
