Four people have been charged following an incident in Leichhardt on November 1.
Around midday, Ipswich police responded to a number of calls in relation to a street disturbance between a number of persons on Avon Street.
On arrival, police located a number of people in the street involved in a physical altercation. Officers intervened, and the matter was resolved without issue.
A 36-year-old Oakey woman was charged with going armed so as to cause fear and is scheduled to appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court on November 22 .
A 27-year-old Leichhardt woman, 26-year-old Leichhardt woman, and a 28-year-old Leichhardt man were charged with one count each public nuisance. All three are scheduled to appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court on November 22 .
