The Ipswich Station weekly wrap is back.
Assaults
David Trumpy Bridge, Ipswich
On July 1, between 4pm and 4.30pm, the victim and offender were both sitting around a makeshift campsite when they became involved in a physical altercation.
The offender alleged that the victim stabbed him in the rib cage. The offender has allegedly walked away from the campsite and returned with a star picket that he had removed from the ground. The offender allegedly struck the victim on the top of his head with the star picket causing him to fall to the ground and rendering him unconscious.
A 26-year-old man is scheduled to appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court on July 26 in relation to the matter.
Milford Street, Ipswich
On July 6, between 11.20pm and 12am, the victim was approached by four unknown male suspects. After a short exchange of words, one of the suspects allegedly pushed the victim in the chest causing him
