Detectives from the Major and Organised Crime Squad (Rural) (MOCS Rural) have charged a man after seizing approximately 1 kilogram of ice and a large sum of cash from a rural property near Lowood.
Yesterday police conducted a search of a residence in the Bundamba area and located three men and approximately 80 grams of a crystal that investigators will alleged to be the drug ice, scales, over $2000 in cash.
One of the three men lived in Vernor and police executed a search warrant at his residence late yesterday afternoon. In the kitchen area it will be alleged police located a concealed compartment in the kitchen bench where they located two clip seal bags containing a large quantity of crystal Methylamphetamine and over $63,000 in cash.
Investigators assisted by Ipswich and Lowood police have today returned to the residence and conducted a systematic search of the property. Further drugs have been located
