On December 4 at approximately 2.40pm, the offender has been approached by an employee of a business at the offence location in relation to loitering in the toilets at the offence location. The victim has approached to assist the employee, and has heard the offender make threats to the employee. The victim advised the offender to leave, the offender started to head back toward the Bell Street entrance of the address. As the victim was walking back to his business he heard footsteps behind him.
