Wounding
A 23-year-old man sustained a stab wound to the chest following an incident at a hotel on Brisbane Street, West Ipswich on October 20.
At approximately 8pm, the 23-year-old was sitting on a chair inside one of the hotel rooms with a group of people when he was stabbed in the chest by a man who then fled the scene in his vehicle.
The knife has caused a puncture wound in the left side of the victim’s chest. He was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital for treatment.
Investigations are continuing.
